Policies

Reservations.

Reservations are strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment. To guarantee a reservation a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and a valid credit card placed on file.

Rates and Fees.

Rates, fees, prices listed are subject to change with or without notice. Rates are determined by a number of factors and rely on clients providing accurate and true statements about their pet(s) at the time of booking a reservation. Golden Days Pet Services at is sole discretion reserves the right to change or modify the rates originally quoted at the time of booking if information is later discovered that would have triggered a different service rate had it been disclosed. An example: a reservation is booked at our standard rate for a spayed or neutered dog.  After checking in, it is discovered that the dog is intact. The rate structure for intact dogs is higher and the client would be immediately responsible for the difference price.
